Delete your Joumle account

You can delete your Joumle app account (Google Play and App Store) and all the data linked to it at any time.

From the app

1. Open Joumle and sign in with your phone number.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap "Delete my account", then confirm.

The deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

Message us on WhatsApp or call us with the number of the account to delete. We check that the request comes from that number, delete the account within 7 days and confirm it to you. Our number: +222 43 29 45 45

What is deleted

• Your account: first name, last name and phone number.
• All your orders and their content.
• Your app sign-ins and the link between your phones and your account.
• The history of verification codes requested and the traces of your orders.

What is kept

Nothing from your account is kept. Promotion notifications belong to the phone, not the account: turn them off in Profile > Promotions or in the phone's settings.
