What is Joumle?
Joumle is a shopping app: order products from a wide range of brands organized by category, enjoy promotions and get delivered wherever you are.
How do I create an account?
Open the app, enter your phone number and then the 6-digit code you receive by SMS. There is no password to remember.
Is the app free?
Yes, downloading the app and signing up are free.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available on all your orders, wherever you are. For a question about a specific area, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
How do I track my order?
In the app, open your orders: each one goes through clear statuses, from “Pending” to “Delivered”, and you keep your full history.
How do I get the promotions?
Open the Promotions section: products on sale are shown with the crossed-out original price, the new price, the amount saved and the days left.
Which languages does the app support?
Joumle is available in French, Arabic (with right-to-left writing) and English, like this website.
